This villa is in a perfect location. The owners are a very friendly family. They were very supportive during our one week stay at the villa. It was cozy and comfortable, like we were in our own home. Apartment is located in a beautiful calm area, it’s perfect for relaxing holidays with family. Sea is 10 mins by car. Apartment has everything you need, it’s clean and cozy. We appreciated two balconies. Owner with his cute dog are super friendly. We really enjoyed our holidays here, thank you! 10/10

The apartment is very near to the sea and the beach. Umag is very beautiful and there's for everyone something. Jadranka is a very nice and friendly host. Definitely we will go there again.

Great quality for the price. Our guests were very welcoming and helpful (even lending us some tennis rackets and offering a bottle of wine for our pregnant friend to enjoy after her son will be born). We enjoyed very much the outdoor facilities (tennis court, swimming pool, and grill). the location super close to Umag making it a 3min trip to the supermarket. The 3 bedrooms each having its own ensuite bedroom were perfect to accommodate 6 adults.

Due to having some movement restrictions, I made a request when making a reservation to be assigned a room that is easily available and the hotel obliged which made my stay that much more comfortable. Also, all the employees in the hotel were incredibly nice and helpful. Special thanks to reception clerk Mr. Mario for going the extra mile and speaking our local language. The location is also great, practically on the beach. We have very nice memories of our stay at this hotel.

I had a small request from the staff on what to find in my room for my wife. The staff when beyond their duty to make the request as nice as possible. That realy make our stay nicer and my wife was very happy. Breakfast was very very good
