They gave us an upgrade and we had a sea view room. The reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a vast selection and the waiters staff were very well mannered. The room was perfect, clean and had all the necessities. They also gave us an iron upon our request. Omis centre is 5mins away by walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about Villa Lapis was perfect. It had all the amenities that you would want - good-sized, air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms, comfortable beds, lots of storage space, towels, utility room with washing machine and dryer, well-furbished kitchen with everything that you could need, large living room with super comfortable settees, great pool and patio area with comfortable sun beds and beach towels provided. Good WiFi and all the TV streaming services. Large parking space. Very clean. The owner was there to meet us and showed us around. Also bought basic provisions for us as it was a bank holiday when we arrived which was a great touch. A very delicious homemade cake was waiting for us. She was extremely helpful throughout the week helping us with suggestions for restaurants and things to do. She also came to see us when we left. Top service. The location was good too - only 2 minutes from the beach and a 15-minute walk into the town of Otis which was lovely. Loads of activities to do in the area - zip wire, white water rafting, jet skis, ATV tours, river cruises and only 45 minutes from Split to get the boat trips to the islands.

We arrived late and check in was super easy and the girl in the reception even kept the spa open a bit longer so we could enjoy and relax a bit. Spa area is small but great! Room was super comfortable and breakfast was amazing too! The hosts are amazingly sweet people. They know the environment and can tell you all the great restaurants and places to go. The environment and location is iconic and beautiful. The apartment is luxurious, spacious, relaxing, clean and modern. The privatepool was a gift from the gods.

Hotel has good location, if you like sandy beach with shalow water. Is close to Omis, which has wonderful old city, and you have many things to discover here. It is also next to Split. Hotel has pool, restaurant, bar, wellness and own parking and garage. Rooms are really big wiht enough space, enormous bed, balcony and air conditioning.
