Was there for 5 nights. Food is very good - wide selection. I do not know why some complaint about it. Maybe variety of snacks could be more. Our room had private pool(first flow) - it was very nice for kids. Very small, but cozy beach about 250m from hotel. Also ATM is in area, several stores are also in hand reach. There is option for late check-out if needed. Waterpark is inside hotel territory and is quite good. We booked it via booking com so tourist fee was included,

The house is in a nice and quite location, with nice views over the distant sea. Its actually not a separate villa, but one big villa with two sides that are rented out. Each side has their own pool and facilities. The owner resides the middle of the two houses. The facilities are nice. The host is very friendly.

Communication (Pre-Arrival) Communication was good and prompt at all times. The villa manager communicated in good time ahead of our arrival that we would be met by someone at the property. On arrival, we were met with a friendly face and given a tour of the villa. Service Delivery During our stay, the villa manager was always on hand if we needed anything, and also regularly checked in to ensure all was well and to also check if we needed anything. The level of service we received went above and beyond! The Villa Itself The villa is exactly as it looks in the pictures! It was clean on arrival and was extremely comfortable. All amenities and facilities were in working order and we experienced no issues at all. Location Whilst little remote, it was the perfect location for us. It is a 10-15 minute drive away from Zakynthos town and a 5 minute drive from Tsilivi. Would recommend a car for getting around. Overall Impressions / Recommendations I would definitely recommend this villa — it is beautiful! The villa manager and his team also delivered an exceptional personable service.
