Everything was top level! We stayed in Elitis and everything looked as in pictures. The suite was very clean and the housekeeping service was great. The staff was very welcoming and they helped us with all the questions we had and assisted us with all our inquiries in a very professional manner. The food was absolutely a m a z i n g! We had breakfast included which was so tasty, rich and mouth watering. The waiters were very friendly and helpful, they assisted us with all our needs (for instance, one day we asked for our fried eggs to be more cooked and they immediately fixed them). The property has a system of ordering breakfast one day in advance. Even though it might seem tricky there’s nothing to worry about as the portions are huge and sooo tasty. We also had dinner one evening, we ordered the traditional moussaka and the salmon with veggies… honestly some of the best dishes we ever had!!! The property provided us with fresh fruits every morning so that was nice as well :) they also provided beach towels for us which was really great!

Great location with old town flavour. This is an immaculately clean beautiful home with lots of nice decorating details. The owners were friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their help in setting up a private tour of the island for the four of us as well as their dining suggestions. Our time in Rhodes will be fondly remembered.

Excellent location. wonderful accommodation. It is modern and equipped with everything that suits your needs. Air conditioning works perfect. Mary and Costas waited for us in the apartment when we arrived. There was fresh fruit, wine, orange juice, bread, milk, honey and jam, and all coffee options you can imagine. Mary and Costas are very responsive for anything you might need. The apartment is comfortable, very spacious and completely renovated. We could sit around the big diner table and eat together with 5. Location is perfect: close to the sea, 10 minutes walk to the new shopping area and 5 more minutes to the old city. There is no problem to find parking next to the flat. Costas also made arrangements for us to rent a car at the nearby car rental. The hosts were very kind and came with several recommendations for us. We will absolutely suggest this place to friends and family.

This is a very pretty character home in a quiet residential back street within the old town and it was beautifully equipped so we could work from the kitchen table and cook in the kitchen. Claudia was an excellent and very kind host who communicated well and we enjoyed meeting. She also left us a practical basket of groceries for us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again should we be fortunate enough to return.

I would definitely go back for a holiday to the Mitsis! Restaurants had great selection of vegetarian food and there was a fun, localized and tasty cocktail menu at the bar. There were no long queues to the restaurants and the place didn’t feel crowded though the hotel was full. Beautiful and good location close to the historical city centre too. Hotel had own beach and good sunbeds. Rooms had lovely and fresh Mediterranean decor and eveything was tip-top. Staff and service were very friendly and easygoing and service was on point!

This is a lovely old-fashioned grand hotel. We had a large top floor sea-view suite which was very well appointed with comfortable furniture and plenty of storage for clothing . It has been updated with lots of electrical outlets and a strong wifi signal. One day the bath would not drain properly, and the jacuzzi jets would not stop. We reported this, and when we returned that evening the problems were fixed. This had obviously been a major job, as tiles had been removed and replaced, with new grouting in evidence. The breakfast was generous and well served (not a buffet).

The staff were very very polite and very helpful. the location was outstanding. sea, sand, pool everything was perfect. food was delicious. Elisabeth and Irini working at the reception were friendly and very helpful, but I would like to thank especially Vasilis Chalil, who was always smiling and very helpful during my holiday. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. You will definitely not regret and you will have a perfect holiday that you will never forget in this hotel.
