I loved everything about Crystal Waters. The location was great as in Lefkada you need to rent a car and just travel the island anyway. A few min drive to town. The hotel is divided into two main areas with their pools and some housing that is spread on the hillside. I stayed in 3 different rooms and loved everyone. The team was amazing and upgraded my stay. In the end, I received a double story Vila on the main pool which would have been good for a whole family in a great price. The team was INCREDIBLE as they accommodated my every request including assistance with renting a car, extending my stay and more. Specifically Eleni Dimitris, the frontdest manager, and also Vannesa, Anesa and others who helped. Breakfast was very nice and versatile, and food at the restaurant is really nice. The main pool is a bit cold for me but it has a really nice atmosphere with nusic and a cocktail bar with Panos making great cocktails. Absolutely recommend!

The location was lovely - a short walk to access the beach for swimming, or lounging at NV beach club- with lovely restaurants at the harbour, a pleasant stroll away. The local area is not particularly interesting but the hotel is close to the marina where there was a choice of 6 restaurants/tavernas and there were mini markets very close to the hotel. The rooms are a really good size and could easily sleep 4 people across the duplex room we had, there was also a sofa bed for further space if required. Breakfast was good and made on site each morning. Staff are always on hand to help if needed. We travelled with a baby and were made very welcome, a cot was provided. They changed towels and cleaned the room every day. The staff is very friendly, professional and ready to help with whatever you need. Breakfast is various, everything is freshly made and really tasty. They offer you towels for the pool area everytime you want to use it. Definitely would recommend and hope to have the opportunity to stay here next time we visit Lefkada.
