The apartemnt is specious and pristine clean. It has big windows so you can see the sea and town in the distance. It is equipped with many amenities, so it would be comfortable for both short for longer stays. The apartemnt is kind of out of town, it takes a couple of minutes by car or a 30 mins walk to get there from the central part of Loutraki

Apartment was beyond our expectations. It was spacious, clean and with great location. Hosts were very kind, hostile and communication with them was great. Kitchen is fully equipped and in apartment is everything that was needed. Location is also great, on few minutes of walk is beach, coffee shops, super markets and bakeries. Loutraki is great city with many possibilities for all tastes. Also it is great location for visiting Peloponnese and other beautiful beaches.

The apartment is absolutely clean, spacious, and stylishly decorated as a beach house in warm chalk painting.A little treasure in a somehow busy touristic city! You will feel at home with the many resting areas and the variety of settings.  The apartment is well equipped with fresh towels,sheets,endless utensils, and house gadgets.  It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distance to the beach,restaurants,movie theater,local supermarket,shops  and the many bakeries. The hostess was wonderful! Very friendly, polite, cooperative and flexible with the timing we requested to check-in and out. She had few excellent recommendations for places to visit. I would highly recommend the Dream House to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring beautiful beaches around Loutraki. A great value for the money,too! Would definitely revisit!

It is a perfect place to stay on probably the best beach at Loutraki with all comfort, including breakfast, a super nice beach bar, and inhouse restaurant and easy parking.
