Me and my husband are in love with this hotel! As newlyweds we were looking for a perfect hotel where we could relax and enjoy our honeymoon. This hotel is the perfect choice for it! We would like to thank all the staff who made our stay unforgettable, we would definitely return again to enjoy the great service, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious variety of food and drinks and peaceful atmosphere!

Everything is wonderful here. This is a very small, quiet place, ideal for relaxing holidays. You do feel special here - the staff always remember your needs, and give you attention, just as much as needed. Breakfast and al la carte dining is fantastic. Rooms are modern, clean. Beach is quiet, sea waters are excellent. We will definitely consider staying here again.

The villa is in such a beautiful, quiet and peaceful place and we really enjoyed it!! We loved the sun and the trees all over the villa, the large garden and of course the pool with a sea view. It was like paradise to stay in such a beautiful place like this. Trying the hot tub for the first time during the night was an amazing experience! Also, we have to mention how clean everything was and how warm the hosts were! We will definitely visit you again in the near future. Our family loved this hotel! Beautiful areas, clean, comfortable rooms. The best part was customer service and the whole staff working there. Everyone was amazing - the receptionists, restaurant staff , cleaning staff and of course kids club ladies. They were all helpful and friendly, always happy to help with anything. We also very much loved the food, no matter where we had a meal (snack bar, restaurant a la carte, buffet or beach restaurant) the food was amazing. We were there 8 days and every day we could find different dishes to try, one of the family members is vegetarian and she was very happy with vegetarian selection. Overall we are very happy with our stay.

We booked this place last minuet and was treated to a lovely family room with a beautiful pool view everything was just perfect Our bar lady Camelia who works her socks off at the pool bar is a credit to the hotel so so nice couldn’t do enough for us beautiful person The fact we could use literally everything between the breeze and the imperial Was just a wow factor for me the hotel is beautifully insane so much to do so much to eat and drink at any time of the day the cocktails are gorgeous , all of the staff were friendly no matter where you were I just loved it and will definitely be back one day 10000% ❤️😊🇬🇷

The staff is genuinely very nice and will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and happy, for that alone they really deserve 5 stars. Nice pools especially for kids, decent entertaining, free parking. The food was great with a lot of options and a lot of dessert choices but I wish they would have more seafood options for lunch/dinner.

Hotel location in Kiotari, Rhodes. Very nice hotel with two salty swimming pools and one swimming pool with chlorinated water near hotel lobby and main entrance. Very professional and friendly two persons at the reception desk: Man at the reception and Lady from Mitsis Friends Club at the reception. I do recommend both staff members. Very good check-in experience thanks to aformentioned Mr at the reception and also, thanks to Mrs from Mitsis Club reestablished nice experience and saved our last day of our stay on Jul 15th (departure day), despite of last day unexpected late check-out service cancelation (see below). Also nice and friendly staff in hotel restaurant. Friendly maid staff, too. I do recommended all hotel restaurants with very nice, professional and very friendly staff. Five restaurants: main one and additional four: Greek, Italian, Asian and Mexican cuisine. Safe bridge connection over busy road to hotel beach, and also available hotel shuttle to the beach. Walk way from hotel to sea side is thro Mistis Maris hotel, so it is very safe for children since both hotels are connected and under security guidance. Very professional and friendly Ladies from Kids Club, especially one form Greece and two from Poland I do recommend.

Mitsis Matis Rodos is a fantastic hotel. John from guest relations especially organized everything really well for us. First time, he did so in June. And now the second time, in October. We travel a lot. But we can come across such a team very rarely. We would like to come back to this hotel time and time again. At the reception, Mika is very professional. She found the best room for us. The food is also amazing, which is thanks to their great chef. The waiters were amazing and very friendly. A lot of different nationalities work together in the stuff yet they remain extremely friendly and work as a team. We especially want to note the great work of John. Without this person, I’m sure the hotel will lose out on a lot. The housekeeping was also next level.
