Rooms and location were amazing. A very Unique location on Santorini. Garden areas beautiful. Every staff member without exception was helpful, polite, extremely friendly and could not do enough for you. Breakfast experience and all the meals we had were a delight and very plentiful with a huge range of choices. Anything we requested was organised and hassle free. The attention to detail was impressive. The design of this boutique hotel was unusual and sculptural in appearance. We have traveled extensively and very rarely write reviews however we can not recommend this experience enough! Truly divine.

The room was very big and comfortable. We booked a room with private hot tub which was great for relaxing when we returned from a long day trip. The hotel has beautiful view to the caldera , it is incredible at sunset! we booked a car and found a big public parking lot 100 m from the hotel. There are some restaurants near the hotel and you can also go to Fira walking 30 mins. One of our favorite things of the hotel was the breakfast, everything we tried was great and with a wonderful view. Lastly, all the personal was super kind, particularly the ladies in the reception who provided many useful information and let us use the baths and showers after check out (we had a late flight)

We loved the customer service, they were extremely attentive with us, they did everything as possible to make us feel the best we can and to have an amazing experience in Santorini and the Hotel in general. The suite that we had was one of the caves suites that has a pool outside and inside, but this suite has the best pool outside view that you would ever have in the whole Island, amazing place for pictures and specially the sunset. Now, the restaurant have delicious dishes and drinks, one of the best restaurants of the Island 100%. Now, we had a flight at night and our check out was early, but as they really wanted to make us feel great they gave us another suite until we leave the Island (also there was availability so we were lucky on this one). One last thing, we forgot our passports at the safe of the room, we called them and they came with our passports and personal belongings that we left at the safe right away to the Airport, as we said they were extremely helpful and great with us. It was a dreamt experience and we thanks all the staff of the Hotel. We will come back again soon!

A fost totul la superlativ. Pot spune ca am avut un sejur cu adevarat deosebit. M-am simtit foarte bine la aceasta locatie. Micul dejun a fost variat cu preparate proaspete. Piscina curata, intretinuta. Barul deschis pana tarziu, muzica de calitate la intensitate potrivita. Curatenia si facilitatile, peste asteptari. Camera spatioasa. Exista serviciu de transfer catre cele doua orase Oia si Thira la anumite intervale orare (tur-retur). Acest serviciul este asigurat de un om deosebit de cald, grec, care vorbeste romaneste foarte bine. Imi pare rau ca nu i-am retinut numele, dar daca vezi acest mesaj vreau usa iti transmit: "Multumesc pentru tot! Ne-ai facut vacanta mai buna!". Thank you very much for all people that work at Aurora! You do a great job!

Breakfast was great. We had it every single day. Staff were phenomenal. Lola at the concierge’s desk helped us make a reservation at the restaurant Thalami, where we wanted to go. The restaurant waiters sat us at the best seating area with a beautiful view. It was spectacular and more than anything we had ever expected. Would definitely recommend and would revisit!

The views are stunning. We booked honeymoon suite, just because of the views it promised and it was worth all the money. We didn´t want to leave the hot tube and terrace, because it was just marvelous. It is a bit windy location, so pack some warmer clothes for the evenings in the autumn, because you would like to sit there on the terrace and drink your wine and watch the ships in the port, no matter how cold it is (in fact it was about 18°C at nights, but with a bit of north wind, hoody and blanket helps). Hot tube was warm enough also at nights, but the temperature could be adjusted from the reception on demand (we didn´t need to). Christos and other staff were really helpful, recommended restaurants, sight-seeings, willing to help with anything. We arrived at 10 in the morning and as the room was not occupied, they allowed as to check-in so early and to enjoy our stay little longer. Also on check-out day, we were offered to stay a bit longer - to 11.30. Those small things that make you feel welcomed. Breakfasts on terrace were also just perfect. Broad selection, very tasty, almost no limits. Plus awesome views. Location is also great - Imerovigli is beautiful and not so overcrowded with tourists as Fira or Oia. It is also highest village on the island, so you really see everything. And it is very close to Fira, 30 min. walk. The hotel itself has a great location, not only stunning views, but also granted privacy. I can mostly speak for honeymoon suite - the terrace was quite isolated and hot tube hidden from any curious eyes. We were very happy with our choice and I hope to return some day.
