From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. Atrium Palace was recommended by a friend of mine. And it didn’t disappoint. Welcomed by friendly staff and a glass of Prosecco, a nice way to start. The customer care is phenomenal. You also get the feeling everyone working at this Resort really truly enjoy working there. There’s a nice pool bar, sit in the water up to the bar and have a yummy cocktail. You can order food at one of the 5 pools and they bring it right to your lounge chair. At the beach and pool towels are provided so that you don’t have to tote a beach/pool towel along with you. The breakfast buffet is quite overwhelming at first, with all the choices. After a day or two, you know what you want and can go straight to it. Also, if you’re health conscious there are some good options, lots of veggies, baked eggplant, peppers and zucchini very tasty and also eggs to order. Very attentive staff at the breakfast buffet. We didn’t take the half board, so we only ate dinner one night at the Zen Restaurant, great Sushi. There are two good restaurants next to the hotel. We also had a car, so we ate in nearby towns or at a beach tavern after a day out. There’s a supermarket at the hotel and one next to the hotel, where you find everything you need. The hotel is otherwise very generous about giving out mineral water free of charge. The rooms are kept clean and tidy, always fresh towels if you need them and anything else you need they are very helpful. The great thing about this hotel is that no other big hotels are around and you don’t have the feeling it’s as big as it is. You’re made to feel like the only guests, treated so nice. And last but not least, a trip to the spa is well recommended. I had a pedicure and my husband and I a couples massage. So relaxing and one of the best massages I have had while staying at a resort. One of the best overall stays in a long time. Job well done Atrium Palace.

Il Kalathos Sun è un piccolo albergo, dotato di un bar (On the Road) in cui è possibile anche mangiare. Vicinissimo potete trovare la fermata dell'autobus, oltre a gyros, panetteria / pasticceria e farmacia, e nel raggio di un paio di km ci sono diversi ottimi ristoranti, mentre la bellissima e poco affollata spiaggia di Kalathos è circa a un km. La posizione quindi consente di fare a meno della macchina, se si è disposti a camminare un po'; Kalathos comunque è ottima anche come base per esplorare l'isola in auto. L'albergo si trova lungo la strada statale, ma con i vetri chiusi non si sente nessun rumore; le stanze sono accoglienti e perfettamente pulite; abbiamo trovato frigorifero, bollitore e tazze e bicchieri per due. l proprietari sono persone veramente gentilissime che dedicano tempo e attenzione ai loro clienti.
