WOW! Im not sure where to start- the rooms were amazing. So spacious and luxurious. The staff were AMAZING. Housekeeping was amazing- manager George was beyond amazing. Always looking to help us and make our stay more comfortable. They even packed us breakfast on our last day because we needed to leave early (ithout us even asking!!)

From the beautiful beachfront location to the attentive staff, everything exceeded our expectations. The kids' club kept our little ones entertained while we indulged in the luxurious amenities, including multiple pools and evening entertainment. We highly recommend this 5-star gem for a memorable vacation.

Mitsis Matis Rodos is a fantastic hotel. John from guest relations especially organized everything really well for us. First time, he did so in June. And now the second time, in October. We travel a lot. But we can come across such a team very rarely. We would like to come back to this hotel time and time again. At the reception, Mika is very professional. She found the best room for us. The food is also amazing, which is thanks to their great chef. The waiters were amazing and very friendly. A lot of different nationalities work together in the stuff yet they remain extremely friendly and work as a team. We especially want to note the great work of John. Without this person, I’m sure the hotel will lose out on a lot. The housekeeping was also next level.

The villa is in such a beautiful, quiet and peaceful place and we really enjoyed it!! We loved the sun and the trees all over the villa, the large garden and of course the pool with a sea view. It was like paradise to stay in such a beautiful place like this. Trying the hot tub for the first time during the night was an amazing experience! Also, we have to mention how clean everything was and how warm the hosts were! We will definitely visit you again in the near future. Hotel location in Kiotari, Rhodes. Very nice hotel with two salty swimming pools and one swimming pool with chlorinated water near hotel lobby and main entrance. Very professional and friendly two persons at the reception desk: Man at the reception and Lady from Mitsis Friends Club at the reception. I do recommend both staff members. Very good check-in experience thanks to aformentioned Mr at the reception and also, thanks to Mrs from Mitsis Club reestablished nice experience and saved our last day of our stay on Jul 15th (departure day), despite of last day unexpected late check-out service cancelation (see below). Also nice and friendly staff in hotel restaurant. Friendly maid staff, too. I do recommended all hotel restaurants with very nice, professional and very friendly staff. Five restaurants: main one and additional four: Greek, Italian, Asian and Mexican cuisine. Safe bridge connection over busy road to hotel beach, and also available hotel shuttle to the beach. Walk way from hotel to sea side is thro Mistis Maris hotel, so it is very safe for children since both hotels are connected and under security guidance. Very professional and friendly Ladies from Kids Club, especially one form Greece and two from Poland I do recommend.

Erdvus kambarys ir vonios kambarys, didelė lova. Tačiau didžiausią pliusą dedu todėl, kad buvo suteikta galimybė esant su vaiku vėliau išsiregistruoti. Taip pat labai skanius graikiškus Mohito pagamino užkandžių bare prie jūros. Už tai ačiū Assistant service manager Christos and Valantis!!! 😊
