From the beautiful beachfront location to the attentive staff, everything exceeded our expectations. The kids' club kept our little ones entertained while we indulged in the luxurious amenities, including multiple pools and evening entertainment. Mitsis Matis Rodos is a fantastic hotel. John from guest relations especially organized everything really well for us. First time, he did so in June. And now the second time, in October. We travel a lot. But we can come across such a team very rarely. We would like to come back to this hotel time and time again. At the reception, Mika is very professional. She found the best room for us. The food is also amazing, which is thanks to their great chef. The waiters were amazing and very friendly. A lot of different nationalities work together in the stuff yet they remain extremely friendly and work as a team. We especially want to note the great work of John. Without this person, I’m sure the hotel will lose out on a lot. The housekeeping was also next level.

The villa is in such a beautiful, quiet and peaceful place and we really enjoyed it!! We loved the sun and the trees all over the villa, the large garden and of course the pool with a sea view. It was like paradise to stay in such a beautiful place like this. Trying the hot tub for the first time during the night was an amazing experience! Also, we have to mention how clean everything was and how warm the hosts were! We will definitely visit you again in the near future. Hotel location in Kiotari, Rhodes. Very nice hotel with two salty swimming pools and one swimming pool with chlorinated water near hotel lobby and main entrance. Very professional and friendly two persons at the reception desk: Man at the reception and Lady from Mitsis Friends Club at the reception. I do recommend both staff members. Very good check-in experience thanks to aformentioned Mr at the reception and also, thanks to Mrs from Mitsis Club reestablished nice experience and saved our last day of our stay on Jul 15th (departure day), despite of last day unexpected late check-out service cancelation (see below). Also nice and friendly staff in hotel restaurant. Friendly maid staff, too. I do recommended all hotel restaurants with very nice, professional and very friendly staff. Five restaurants: main one and additional four: Greek, Italian, Asian and Mexican cuisine. Safe bridge connection over busy road to hotel beach, and also available hotel shuttle to the beach. Walk way from hotel to sea side is thro Mistis Maris hotel, so it is very safe for children since both hotels are connected and under security guidance. Very professional and friendly Ladies from Kids Club, especially one form Greece and two from Poland I do recommend.

The clean area, variation of food, the big pool area, the beach and the rooms. We have stayed in both the junior suites with sharing pool, family rooms, deluxe room, honeymoon room with private pool and the executive suite. We love them all and the rooms are spaceious and very comfortable. We have travelled both with our kids, alone and with family and friends. We always come back her when visiting Rhodes. The staff is amazing! This resort is perfect when travelling with younger kids as well as teenagers, and also as couples.
