From start to finish, its great value for money. Not the most fancy but comfortable, all inclusive experience. The most amazing were the swimming pools and slides, catering and location. In general, every single buffet meal was tasty and fresh. Also enjoyed the soft drinks, tea, coffee etc. You are right on the beachfront, near 2 small shopping towns and there is a Hop on-Hop off bustop at the entrance! Our family enjoyed small conversations with the friendly, helpful and thoughtful staff. We got great ideas for excursions, car hire, taxi and there is a small shop on site is very useful. Oh and another bonus! There is a kids club that actually keeps kids engaged so we could get adult time in between! They were begging to go back everyday and so we truly had a great, fun, restful holiday ;-)

I liked the energy the staff were trying to create in the evenings with the live music. The manager provided with a doctor free of charge to assist me as I got a stomach bug. The room was cleaned everyday!

Everything was great, we've arrived after check in, but the owner was very kind and leave us the keys of our room. Room was clean and the bathroom also. City center is very close. Perfect price for location and it was just what we needed for one night stay.

Ideal, quiet location tucked away yet steps from top restaurants like Peskesi and Apiri, plus parking only 2 mins away) 3. Stunning spa and wet zone with hot tub and amazing massages - I've seen nothing like it in Heraklio. 4. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the fluffy, perfect scrambled eggs. Great selection of fresh, local ingredients. 5. Venue is pristine and modern, with a sleek design. Everything was spotless and felt brand new. I'm definitely coming back here next year!
