The hotel was amazing and the staff were so helpful. On the day we arrived, the manager was extra helpful and sorted out an issue for us without hesitation. Loved everything about this hotel. The hotel was a little further out from the city center, but a short hop in a taxi.

We arrived exhausted because of train delays, and the staff members were very kind and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful! It's also sparkling clean. They gave us a free upgrade to a large and lovely room in a very quiet part of the hotel. It was gorgeous. In the morning a lovely staff member named Violette helped me with my suitcases all the way to Reception (a long way) and refused the tip I tried to hand her. Instead she gave me her card, so I want to especially acknowledge her kindness and helpfulness here. We were able to store our suitcases while seeing the city, and later the kind people at Reception retrieved the luggage and called a taxi for us.
