The hotel staff were welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and although the rooms were dated, they were clean and spacious. The location was perfect for our stopover on the way to Edinburgh. They also have swimming pool and sauna, we did not have time to use.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! We had booked a spa day and were allowed just to go back to our room in our robes. They upgraded us as we had booked a twin but had been allocated a double. The porter was lovely and showed us to our room then brought our cases up. The service was 10/10, I've never felt so comfortable and at home in a hotel. The spa was amazing and our massages were great! Breakfast was delicious and again the service was so welcoming and friendly. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Everything. Definitely the luxury end of the B&B market. Very modern, spacious and comfortable. Owners extremely welcoming and clearly enjoy hosting. Breakfast is relaxed and plentiful. Not a cooked option but that really didn't bother us in the slightest.

Lisa was a fantastic hostess, exceptional service provided. The room we had was warm, comfortable and clean. We travelled via motorcycle so getting in the hot tub on arrival was a blessing and then a stint in the sauna just finished off the day for me. plenty of games on offer if you just want to relax. A perfect breakfast before we left.
