Great location. Bed was extremely comfortable, and room size was exceptional. An easy 3-5 minute walk to train/bus stations. Surrounded by lively pubs, co-op, cafes, and shopping. Super clean and well appointed. Bedroom and living area were separated with doors for added privacy. Well stocked, too. We appreciated having a drying rack.

Very friendly and helpfull. Many breakfast options. We even got recommendation of restaurant or places to visit. The place is quite, the shared spaces are clean, there's a spot in the bedromm with tea, coffee and other thing to drink and eat. We had a few problem with our car (rented) and they helped a lot. We'll come back for sure ! Thanks again !

Wonderful service and local-knowledge advice from hostess Leah. Spacious and well-appointed room. Parking permit is provided free to guests. Excellent Scottish breakfast with haggis. Located only 10mins stroll from the heart of downtown Inverness. Handy to so many fabled Highland locations and attractions, Loch Ness etc.

It is in a good location, about 5 minute walk into town. Very modern, spacious and quite luxury. We were on the top floor and loved the windows with views over Inverness! Staff were all round lovely and very accommodating and created a nice atmosphere which fit the vibe of the hotel, the breakfast was fab too! With free parking and places like boots and cafes right across the road there is nothing to fault!

Lovely design features in the bedroom, and a comfortable bed. Made good use of the space. Beautiful breakfast. Enjoyed being able to relax as soon as we arrived by having a drink in the bar sitting by the window, followed by a nice meal. Excellent service throughout our visit.

Our stay was amazing! Lisa was a lovely host who was very friendly and made us feel comfortable as soon as we got to the front door. The farmhouse is absolutely fantastic and had so many nice qualities about it. The cooked breakfast was superb and was given plenty of options for the continental breakfast. The facilities that was offered made our stay even more amazing including the hot tub and the sauna! Couldn’t have asked for anything more for 2 nights and the price was great, Thank you for having us.

Everything. Definitely the luxury end of the B&B market. Very modern, spacious and comfortable. Owners extremely welcoming and clearly enjoy hosting. Breakfast is relaxed and plentiful. Not a cooked option but that really didn't bother us in the slightest.

I can't complain about the rest of the facilities. The first night we ate in the restaurant and was very nice actually. It was very good organised , the breakfast was nice and we enjoyed as well on Saturday with the pool and Spa facilities ..very relaxing. The hotel has a parking facilities but when we arrived the parking was full but dont worry because around the area it was plenty of parking spaces available. The city of Inverness is very nice. All was great. But the issue with the mattress is a negative point for us.
