The staff were very welcoming and always happy to help. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was outstanding lovely fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. The free car parking was also a bonus which helped the trip run even smoother.

Everything you could need , spotlessly clean,nice touches added like coffee, milk,biscuits and even small bottles of wine . Bed was the most comfortable we have ever had anywhere we have stayed, there was a welcomed fan as it was very hot while we were there , even the hairdryer was a good one , Kerry was very obliging when we asked for early check in , overall a great place to stay and we will definitely stay again .

Although the steam room was out of order, the children had fun in the pool and the adults relaxed in the jacuzzi.

I visited for 2 nights with a friend three weeks ago & as a result of that visit decided to come back for 4 nights with my husband. The breakfast was good quality & there was plenty of choice. On both occasions our room was spacious & clean. The hotel is in a good location, on the seafront & access to the bus stop for Blackpool or Lytham. The staff were friendly & always happy to help. We would definitely return.
