*** A cozy and charming retreat in Cannes *** We stayed at Cannes Villa St. Barth from June 8th to June 15th, 2023, for our anniversary trip. This beautiful Villa is located in a quiet and scenic area, just a few minutes by car from the city center and the beaches. Our room was spacious and elegant, with a comfortable king-size bed, a terrace overlooking the garden. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always ready to help us with anything we needed. The Villa offered an delicious authentic French breakfast every morning with personal choices, with a variety of freshly backed croissants, local fruits, etc. Although we didn’t use the available spa, we enjoyed the pool, and the outside sitting/bar area, where we could relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. We had a fantastic time at Villa St. Barth, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and charming retreat in Cannes. Thank you for making our anniversary trip so special! The location of the apartment was really perfect for us: 15 mins to Cannes, 25 mins to Nice and in manageable distance to Monaco, Menton, Alassio, Théoule-sur-mer and St. Tropez. (By car). Yann was always available and solved our questions and problems fast. We had a problem with the bed and he fixed it the same day. The apartment is very good maintained, the pool is warm and the area is very quiet and peaceful. The car is parked on the property behind the gates, so very safe. We came with our dog and he could be free in the garden as it is fully enclosed. The apartment has a washing machine and dishwasher, which gives a lot of value for your vacation. The kitchen is super clean and has everything for your cooking. We have had a few visits to the area before and this was the best apartment for this price category!

The older establishment is well-kept. I was warmly welcomed. The private desk in the room , wifi and complimentary fax service were very helpful. I appreciated the assortment of tea and the complimentary services included in the price. The place offers many complimentary amenities, making it a great value overall. However, be aware that food restaurants are limited after 10 pm

That was amazing week! Really beautiful and functional appartments! The big, clean, everything in a good condition and it’s near the palace, only 15 minutes by walk by the beautiful area And the Alex are very friendly and responsive! I hope to stay here next year)

The Kosy Kasa is the perfect distance from the busyness and noise of the hotels and bars by the beach. The walk to and from the beach was perfectly safe and provided an abundance of restaurants, markets and shops. The property was well-kept, quiet and quite spacious. Bed was comfortable and pillows were high quality. Amenities such as the plush towels, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, hair dryer and wifi made my stay comfortable and convenient. The host was appropriately attentive and accessible to ensure I had everything I needed, and in-suite extras like brochures on local attractions were a great touch!
