The restaurant was excellent, both service and food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great, two swimming pools which suited everyone, all ages. The bar and bar staff excellent.

The location was excellent, being within easy walking distance of the town, the beach and the station. I particularly liked the 2 balconies, where it was lovely to relax when the weather was pleasant. and having bathroom facilities on the 2 levels. The people we dealt with from the agency were very pleasant and helpful.

Good selection of hot drinks and juices and great surroundings. The concierge was excellent and the bar food was great. Our only slight disappointment was the food at the beach restaurant (the one hotel was closed) which was good but not up to the standard of the rest of our stay. The staff in the spa were also excellent and I had a very good massage! The location was also excellent - we could walk to everywhere in La Baule that we wanted to visit.
