A really comfortable and very clean apartment. Good size bedroom and bathroom, would definitely book again if in the area. Lovely family Greek restaurant 2 minutes walk away, which is a real bonus when you've eaten enough sausages and sauerkraut during your holiday. :)

No problem to communicate despite my barely existing French knowledge. :) Hotel located in the beautiful historic "coeur de ville", with lots of great places to visit in walking distance (Centre Schweitzer, wineries, restaurants, etc.) and beautiful hiking opportunities. No parking at the hotel itself, but with public parking just about 3min. away from it, with a cheap parking rate for hotel guests (ticket to be bought at the hotel). Breakfast and coffee very good.

The balcony was comfortable and spacious but there were people on the other side of the partition who were clearly very sick and coughed continuously for hours out there. Couldn't enjoy sitting out there listening to that. Plus of course the cigarette smoke drifting over our way and into our room because we needed to keep our door open just to get some air circulating in the room so we could breathe a little. Bathroom was clean and the shower was adequate. Coffee in the breakfast area was ok.DebYoung couple

Definitely a place to stay in Kayserberg. The Roulotte is small but has a very comfortable bed and a seperate bath room with shower. The pictures tell you exactly what it is. The apartment is situated in the centre and the host provided us with a free parking pass for the car park at the back of the house. The apartment looked real authentic and felt real cosy, the kitchen was fully equipped and the shower was great. The terrace was very spacious and great to relax a bit. Next to that everything was very clean.

In general, the customer service was excellent and people were always willing to help us and make us feel comfortable. We will definitely return and stay there again.
