On arrival, when checking in, the Manager kindly upgraded our room, which didn’t disappoint us, as it was excellent. All the staff in the hotel, including reception, are extremely pleasant and helpful. We have stayed here many times, and for us, it is the only and best choice where to stay when visiting Vielha. We thoroughly recommend.

Hotel Gran Chalet is located in Betrén, just 10 minutes’ drive from Baqueira-Beret Ski Resort. It offers rustic rooms with free Wi-Fi and an LED TV. The hotel has a cosy lounge with a fireplace.

Its unique style may not suit everyone but we selected the hotel because of this and were not disappointed. The personal, friendly reception matched our mental image of the architecture. The appartment was really huge, just enormous. Our appartment had 3 floors. The was a kitchennete with dishes and textile linen. Ceiling ventilators, TV with connection to you phone, plumbing Villeroy&Boch. The wooden design is very cosy, everything starting from bed linen ending the furniture is of high quality. Great breakfast with big number of options, you can order omlettes, different types of eggs etc. Great view from the windows.
