This is a really beautiful, comfortable and modern hotel, perfect for relaxation. The staff were lovely and very obliging in providing all the tools needed for a great holiday. The food overall was very fresh and great quality with excellent selection for breakfast and dinner buffet. There is also a separate Italian restaurant with an a la carte menu. The hotel also offers a great variety of fitness classes daily (Yoga, Pilates etc) which was a great touch and the spa offers quality massages and other treatment to help you relax into your holiday. Would highly recommend.

I liked everything about this resort, we stayed in one of there private villas but I loved the fact you had your own pool but could still use the resort pool, kids park, mini club etc, the staff on reception were so friendly they knew it was my birthday and had a bottle of champagne waiting for my arrival, the cleaners were so so nice and it was always spotless, the food was gorgeous and very reasonably priced

It was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Also it was ideally situated for all the local amenities. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Allesandria and Zeno went out of their way to make us welcome and make sure we had everything we needed.

Staff is really great and helpful, place is kids friendly and the water in the swimming pools is warm. There are a few nice restaurants close by (el Molino and the indian one next to it), the beach is just there and you have everything in the close proximity.

We just loved our stay. Really well equipped apartment with all kitchen and bathroom utilities present. (even cold beer in the fridge upon arrival) The bed was comfortable. Great location and nice sea view. Pablo was an excellent host and even lifted us back to the airport. I will definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who is planning to visit Puerto Del Carmen.
