Ļoti jauka viesnīca, pieejams viss nepieciešamais, un iesaku rezervēt vakariņas, tās ir izcilas! Mums bija izcils apkalpotājs vakariņās, viņš palīdzēja mums noorganizēt svētku rītu mūsu jubilāram, mēģināja visu zāli iedrošināt dziedāt mums līdz happy birthday, sagādāja arī svecīti:) Un mums vēl bonusā tika rīts, kurā tiek pasniegts šampanietis, bez maksas:)

Everything. I've been here before, so I knew exactly what I was getting and it did not disappoint. The place is perfect for a weekend stay or for a longer holiday. It can serve as a great stay-in place or as a home base for exploring the island. The hotel is adjacent to a large supermarket, 20m from a beautiful beach that runs shallow a long way out (ideal for children), has a large pool area, including a heated pool, entertainment for young and old, good in-house catering and a brilliant restaurant located right next door (Hawaii). It's also close enough to the centre of Alcudia that you can walk it in 20 minutes to seek out the more lively nightlife if that is what you seek. That's not really our beat, though, and the laid back atmosphere of the hotel and its surroundings is what we find most attractive. The rooms are huge and are equipped with a stove, kettle and everything you would need to dine in should you choose to cook yourselves, including plates, bowls, fridge, freezer, cutlery, etc. Coupled with the supermarket across the street, that is a luxury that we greatly appreciate as we try to maintain a relatively normal diet to the one we keep at home. The staff are accommodating, polite, professional and friendly. Full marks to the staff, particularly Olga who was quick to help when we encountered a slight discomfort that was of no fault of the hotel or its staff. We look forward to our next visit to Alcudia and Ivory Playa as it has quickly become a family favorite.

The location with a garden so beautifully kept. All the staff were happy, positive and always helpful, Excellent range of foods..amazing selection to suit any diet or nationality. Seating on the outside patio under the sails and palm trees looking over to the pool was my favourite dining experience. I have had a wonderful holiday I was on my own but never lonely.. Everything had been given so much thought to thanks to management and staff.

Viesnica ir labā vietā. Tuvu jūra, veikali un restorāni. No un uz lidostu ērti un labi var atbraukt ar A32 autobusu. Viesnīcas teritorija ļoti laba .Baiseini un bērnu laukums,kas ļoti patīk bērniem. Oktobra beigās gan ūdens baseinos aukstāks kā jūrā. Nummurs 3 cilvēkiem pietiekams. Virtuves zona arī ir pietiekama mazai ēst pagatavošanai brokastīs.

so clean, staff were really friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions etc. we had a while in between checking out and our flight and we were still able to use the spa facilities for a shower before we left
