The view was amazing ofcourse, same for the bed and the waterpressure of the shower was great. By comparison with other areas at the south of the island it was really quiet. We wanted to check out what the playa's had to offer without being too stuck in mass tourism, which this was the perfect location for. There was a bussstop right in front of the flat with a pretty busy timetable, so we could get everywhere rather easy from the house. The studio, being a studio, was tiny. But it had everything we needed. Pretty sure it won't get any better for this price, we had a great time here :-) Thank you for having us, Yulia!

beautiful experience in the heart of Tenerife! we finally found the apartment that suits us with a very large private terrace! we found ourselves very well, apartment furnished with great care, equipped with all comforts, and well equipped, and above all very soundproofed and quiet, you can sleep in peace, the pools are spotless, The beach is just a two-minute walk away and is very nice and characteristic, very nice the restaurant on the swimming pool, makes excellent breakfasts, excellent service, the owner is a very good person always available to give us all the advice of the place, always fast in communication, impeccable even the cleaning of the apartment, finally we found the right apartment for us. come back in February for a month you can count on it!

We loved the time spent there, apartment was clean, bed was comfortable, big shower, everything that you need in the little kitchen, view from balcony amazing (having breakfast at that balcony or just relax on the sunbeds - unforgettable), great location, private parking space, security guys very friendly and helpful, nice swimming pool, haidresser, manicure, massage downstairs in the building, pubs, restaurants, shops, car rental in front, great place for long walks, we would certainly get back there.

The apartment had everything we needed and the host made us feel very welcomed, also accommodated and helped us with our asks. Location is perfect and the view is much better than on the photos. There is a "wild" parking nearby but theoretically parking slot near the house could be booked if request is sent in advance.

What a lovely apartment, great contact from the owner from the start of booking to arrival and great attention to detail in every department. Apartment was very clean & tidy, air conditioning and WiFi were both excellent and also being on the ground floor near the pool was a great advantage. Would definitely recommend A+
