Beautiful huge hotel with lovely landscapes all round. The staff is polite and helpful, swimming pools are clean, rooms are pretty new and very clean, restaurant's food is delicious (actually better than what you can find in other restaurants around Morro Jable), so if you upgrade to half board at any point of your stay with daily 20€ p/p you can have lots of different options from the dinner buffet (GO FOR IT, you will not regret). Breakfast is also delicious and has a huge selection. Only cons are the bars prices which I found a bit overpriced for Fuertventura... Having a car is highly recommended as we could move around places, beaches and have completely freedom to do more activities during our days there...but the hotel has also direct access to the beach downstairs, which is connected to Morro Jable within a nice walk on the beach. Ah, watch for chipmunks all around the beach!

Everything was great! The view from the balcony. And Rooftop is great for sunsets aswell. Whirlpool on Rooftop! The Breakfast was great and you can also eat dinner there if you dont book the halfboard option. Was fantastic for that price! Very close to the great beach! Shopping and Restaurants very close.

We loved how attentive the staff were. It felt like a true 5-star experience. For example, we asked to change our room during the week when there were national holidays in France and Spain and so the hotel had a lot of guests and all the rooms were booked out, but the hotel staff took good care of us. They offered several different options to choose from without any problem. Also, they were super friendly about us requesting an early breakfast, which you can arrange at this hotel as early as 6:30 am if you also plan to go on excursions or go surfing like we did. Talking about surfing, there is a nice surfing school nearby, which picked us up from the hotel every morning, and the surfing spot (for beginners) was about 20 min away, so the hotel's location is definitely good for trying out surfing. The hotel is not right on the beach, you have to walk for about 5-7 minutes downhill, but to us it was not a problem.

Absolutely everything! Location is very good, from every room you can have an ocean view. All-in option was at very good level. Staff was very friendly, special greetings to the bartenders at the sport’s bar and all the animation team - your shows was amazing, especially the karaoke show and Michael Jackson’s show. We loved it. I totally recommend this hotel, it was a holiday of our lifetime. We’ll be back for sure!

Excellent food. The prestige package is well worth it. The staff were super friendly. The facilities were amazing. We also hired a photographer who worked at the hotel to take pictures and videos one evening and I highly would recommend this.

Judging by the season, I think it was great.In the summer season, It's a very good place, close to the ocean, a great beach.
