Without a doubt the best hotel experience I had ever had. The hotel itself is exquisite, with luxury details and decor, and very clean. The reception and restaurant staff go the extra mile at every opportunity and made us feel so comfortable and taken care of. The housekeeping works silently and unnoticed yet they do an impeccable job! The rooftop bar was also a treat before heading into town which is only steps away. It will be nearly impossible for me to return to Palma without staying at El Llorenc! Thank you!!!

The hotel is very beautiful and warm, gorgeous and fresh decor. The staff are the kindest and most helpful staff, always greeting with a warm smile/glass of cava and advice about Palma and history of Mallorca. The room was very clean and airy, the AC worked well. The bed was extremely comfortable, with super nice amenities. The hotel knew it was my birthday, so they brought a bottle of cava, some dessert, and a very kind note! Use of the spa is also included in your stay, so make sure to book it! It is very nice and relaxing. The location is also great. Make sure you go to the focaccia sandwich shop around the corner. Cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. The cathedral also a 10 min walk. Couldn't have a better location!

I loved the History that still was alive in the building...memories of the beautiful good old days you could find in that amazing building compared with the super friendly staff made that vacation become a sweet memory. The Hotel is sweet and central, you can walk to every destination you like, the Cathedral, the shopping centers, the restaurants everything can be reached by walking.If you have a question or you need some extra Service the people working there will fulfill it.
