We did not receive instructions for key retrieval so not sure what it was supposed to be. Tried to call numbers given, both busy, but eventually contacted, not the owners, but the young ladies who were in charge with letting us in. Spacious, great amenities, clean, quiet, and convenient to town/beach down the hill. Definitely would return.

We had a wonderful stay. The appartment is really nice, the view is beautiful, the decoration is modern and lovely, all is brand new and very clean. Fernando is a very nice person, absolutely attentive and responsive. All the useful equipment is present. The beach is just a few steps away from the flat. Other beautiful beaches in the town, accessible by car with useful parkings lot for a variety of pleasures! With children (ours are 11 and 8) is perfect to not use the car. Very nice restaurants and useful shop for everyday shopping nearby. The location is perfect to visit the region too : Bilbao to Santander are really accessible and many other small towns all the way through.
