The waters everywhere! Pool for adult, pool for kids, pool for families, and if you loved adventure aplenty, you head to the ocean! The beach was clean. Then the staff. Apart from making me wait till past 3pm for my room, I think they did great. I however liked the fact that they let us use the pool while waiting. The kids loved it.

Lovely location, staff, rooms, breakfast was out of this world with beautiful view, nice pool, also great animation team with super classy and lovely activities in the pool, sport activities, cocktail courses, dance courses and wine tasting etc. - it was a lot of fun and staff was super lovely and professional. I was worried that Nikki Beach Club would be loud, but they only played music during the day and it was nice loungy music that was perfect for the pool area and not too loud, more of background music. Music stopps at 8pm and it's super quiet at night. All in all, we would definitely come back!

This is a great hotel with lovely staff and well taken care of facilities! Our view was amazing and the rooms has good space and where found perfect clean and stayed so every day! Close to bus 104 to Palma and you can choose real nice and calm restaurants close to the hotel if you’re not here for the night life. We came here for the beachlife and shopping in Palma!

View of ocean is nice. Free parking is great in front of hotel although limited. Breakfast and dinner buffet has good choices. Room is clean.

We loved everything about our stay at ZEL. Wow wow wow! We would love to be back. We loved every minute. Beautiful facilities, right at the beach (like 2 steps!), very friendly staff, welcome drinks and even a rose for women’s day!!, gorgeous breakfast, so much attention to detail in every way, very good shampoo and shower gel (prebiotic!)
