Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating of any special requests. Location is peaceful and quiet but sufficiently close to the town. Food and service was excellent. View from room was spectacular.

Christian and his staff and Falko, the bike mechanic, were really helpful and welcoming to help you make it a great holiday. Definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a hotel with superb sport facilities and close to the mountains! Thanks.

Breakfast and dinner buffet was incredible and had lots of variety. I ate so much dessert - it was the pinnacle of hedonism :). However, the lunch menu was a little sparse and could be improved. Pools and spa (thank you Azu!) were excellent, and staff were really friendly and helpful - especially the food/entertainment team. Shoutout to Christina, Hayden, and Yle for their great hospitality and friendliness!
