Basically one block off the beach with a designated below ground parking spot around the corner. Pleasant ambiance. Very close to a lot of restaurants and stores.

Very cosy flat with a comfortable bed. I have back pain but it was not a problem as the bad was hard. Try to rent a smaller car as the garage door is not so wide. We had a big SUV and it was not easy to park it.

This place was AMAZING! Everything about it was exactly as specified. We were looking for a unique place that was NOT on the tourist end and this was exceptional. We would definitely rent again. The grocery stores are all withing walking distance and many places to eat. We never even used a car. If you want to travel, that's up to you but for us, it was the perfect 'rest'cation. Beaches and bike trails abound. Price the food at the grocery store. We found that Entrecote steaks were the same price as the ground hamburger!

The entire property was renovated a year ago, and has a lovely modern feel. It's quiet and uncrowded, and the location by the sea is wonderful. Our room was a very decent size, with huge amounts of storage and a nice seating area and terrace - very comfortable! We also had views of the sea from the room, which was an unexpected plus. The gym was great, and open 24/7, and we took part in a free yoga lesson (Wednesday mornings). We had half-board, and the food was decent quality for the price (we speak as vegetarians). The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Really, it's a fantastic place to switch off. Costa Teguise is also a great location for exploring the whole island.

This accommodation is exceptional mainly because you can feel the personal touch of Susi everywhere. It is breathtaking, thought out to the smallest detail. You have everything there, for me better than any hotel. There is silence, peace, a great deal of privacy and intimacy. We slept amazingly there. I especially appreciate the pillow, which I need to have at home too! We really didn't miss anything. Susi is an excellent host, helpful, whenever we contacted her during our stay, she responded almost immediately. This place is truly exceptional and deserves 10 out of 10 :-) Moreover - excellent location, about 15 minutes from the airport by car

We enjoyed the Jacuzzi very much although it cost 30 Euro more per night, very useful in the less warm days where the outdoor pools are too cold to enjoy. We were pleasantly surprised by the well organized and prepared Christmas dinner and activities afterwards . Thanks to the whole team to make our stay nice and happy.

The suite was actually a small comfy apartment! The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times with special thanks to the chefs and kitchen staff who accommodated my special dietary needs.
