This was the most beautiful stay in hotel that we ever had. Everything was wonderful. The hotel is in central location in the center of old town Alcudia, yet it is quiet. A peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. Room was nicely furnished, bed was comfortable,the shower was spacious. We had room with a terrace, we saw the church tower from it, i recommend this room. Water, coffee, tea are avaible at the hotel at any time you want. It’s self service so you can get your coffee whenever you want. The hotel has two buildings right next to each other and each has a hot tub. Both have a unique atmosphere. The hotel offers breakfast,it was very tasty from quality ingredients. Keep in mind this is a boutique hotel,no mass hotel breakfast. Breakfast is a treat here in this beautiful dining room. Staff was very kind and helpful. They gave us all the information we needed, they arranged a boat trip for us,they accommondated us 3 hours before check in.

Everything. A quiet, isolated location on the coast. Excellent facilities, with accommodations for families, couples, bikers. Incredible spa where you reserve a 90 minute time slot and pamper yourself.

Big, spacious and nice. parking on the street is more convenient than on the parking spot near the building. Staff was helpful to fix broken kettle.

Location was perfect right by the beach and the port plus easy walk to Old Town. Staff always friendly and smiling. Was so nice to arrive on our honeymoon to an ice cold bottle of bubbly in our room! Pool area beautiful and private. Meals were very good with always great variety of choices. Views from our 7th floor room facing sea were amazing!

Viesnica ir labā vietā. Tuvu jūra, veikali un restorāni. No un uz lidostu ērti un labi var atbraukt ar A32 autobusu. Viesnīcas teritorija ļoti laba .Baiseini un bērnu laukums,kas ļoti patīk bērniem. Oktobra beigās gan ūdens baseinos aukstāks kā jūrā. Nummurs 3 cilvēkiem pietiekams. Virtuves zona arī ir pietiekama mazai ēst pagatavošanai brokastīs.

The location with a garden so beautifully kept. All the staff were happy, positive and always helpful, Excellent range of foods..amazing selection to suit any diet or nationality. Seating on the outside patio under the sails and palm trees looking over to the pool was my favourite dining experience. I have had a wonderful holiday I was on my own but never lonely.. Everything had been given so much thought to thanks to management and staff.

amazing food at the buffet and restaurants. the pools were all fantastic. the staff were wonderful and so good with children. the room (we stayed in a junior living room suite) was fantastic too.

The hotel is newly renovated, sleek, modern and super clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Loved the scent of the bath products. Reception, breakfast and cleaning staff were lovely and helpful, in particular Melanie, Fernando, Juanjo and Rosalia. I loved the lounging furniture on the pool deck. The hotel is very conveniently situated and is well connected by bus to Palma and the airport. Wish I could've stayed longer.
