Excellent location, phenomenal cleanness, superb breakfast. But the staff deserves a mention on its own. I rarely see such dedicated, friendly, and helpful hotel personnel. Starting from conversation and preparing cocktails, to helping out during breakfast. Absolute gem of a hotel. Will not have to even think for a second, if I'm ever back to Alcudia.

Breakfast was amazing - loved the fruit salad which was different everyday. The hotel is located in the city center of Alcudia, just around the corner of the main street/square. The staff was very considerate and proactive - e.g. they brought gluten-free bread options when seeing us sit down in the restaurant/breakfast area.

Smoothies for breakfast, all the facilities, animation and especially aquagym and volleyball, ducks everywhere, windsurf literally on my backyard, sunbeds were amazing, spa included into the price, super peaceful place

Big, spacious and nice. parking on the street is more convenient than on the parking spot near the building. Staff was helpful to fix broken kettle.

We were so happy with the hotel and could not fault a thing. Staff made you feel very at home! All inclusive drinks were very generous and food was amazing standard breakfast through to dinner. I would return in a heartbeat

Great Kids Club, the staff were very enthusiastic and the kids loved them. And the showers are fantastic too.

The location with a garden so beautifully kept. All the staff were happy, positive and always helpful, Excellent range of foods..amazing selection to suit any diet or nationality. Seating on the outside patio under the sails and palm trees looking over to the pool was my favourite dining experience. I have had a wonderful holiday I was on my own but never lonely.. Everything had been given so much thought to thanks to management and staff.

so clean, staff were really friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions etc. we had a while in between checking out and our flight and we were still able to use the spa facilities for a shower before we left
