Excellent location, phenomenal cleanness, superb breakfast. But the staff deserves a mention on its own. I rarely see such dedicated, friendly, and helpful hotel personnel. Starting from conversation and preparing cocktails, to helping out during breakfast. Absolute gem of a hotel. Will not have to even think for a second, if I'm ever back to Alcudia.

This was the most beautiful stay in hotel that we ever had. Everything was wonderful. The hotel is in central location in the center of old town Alcudia, yet it is quiet. A peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. Room was nicely furnished, bed was comfortable,the shower was spacious. We had room with a terrace, we saw the church tower from it, i recommend this room. Water, coffee, tea are avaible at the hotel at any time you want. It’s self service so you can get your coffee whenever you want. The hotel has two buildings right next to each other and each has a hot tub. Both have a unique atmosphere. The hotel offers breakfast,it was very tasty from quality ingredients. Keep in mind this is a boutique hotel,no mass hotel breakfast. Breakfast is a treat here in this beautiful dining room. Staff was very kind and helpful. They gave us all the information we needed, they arranged a boat trip for us,they accommondated us 3 hours before check in.

The location with a garden so beautifully kept. All the staff were happy, positive and always helpful, Excellent range of foods..amazing selection to suit any diet or nationality. Seating on the outside patio under the sails and palm trees looking over to the pool was my favourite dining experience. I have had a wonderful holiday I was on my own but never lonely.. Everything had been given so much thought to thanks to management and staff.
