The staff was very friendly and professional. The Saturday dinner was incredible. The breakfast buffet is also very good. We had a good time at the hotel bar in the evening. The location is great, just a 7min walk to the lake or the Badeparadies. Would definitely recommend the place for a weekend getaway.

Personnel at all levels and for all services was excellent. From welcoming at reception, to dinner service and breakfast in the restaurant, spa and check-out all were excellent. Beautiful and clean rooms, as well a beautiful and very clean SPA and delicious fresh food in the restaurant.

Very friendly staff, Mladen was very, very helpful and did an amazing job helping me to organize balloons and flowers (that I ordered from a garden store) for my partner, and the extra things they did to our room to make it more special! He made our stay fantastic 11/10! The breakfast was also delicious! Room was very clean, location for us was perfect (at a train station but wasn’t too loud). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Excellent value for money. Price (for two people) was competitive with various tiny hotel rooms and apartments nearby. Space - for just two people, the house is enormous. Location - the house is in a secluded and quiet place above a campsite (closed in winter), with a lake view and some trees close by. Nearby road traffic was very light. Several nice XC ski tracks reachable by car in a few minutes. Windows - they are big and there are lots of them. It's very "airy" inside, even in winter. Fireplace - wonderful thing! It gets very hot very fast, and creates a fantastic atmosphere during snowy winter days. We had to buy our own wood, but it was well worth it. Kitchen - large, contains all necessary dishes and utensils plus dishwasher, and is easy to clean. Owner - very responsive and permissive. Picked up calls and replied to SMS inquiries promptly.
