The staff is pretty good.they helped us in finding the free parking slot. Hotel has two parking lots.you can be unlucky in finding a free spot if it’s crowded.rooms were clean. Bus stop is 1 min walk away. Big balcony was a plus.

I love this hotel. The staff were amazing and the breakfast was so good. The facilities are right in downtown Heidelberg easy to walk and they have parking for a reasonable price right in the next walk! I was very happy with my stay here and would definitely recommend this place again.

The room was beautiful, bigger than expected and very comfy. We had all we needed for a pleasant stay. We loved wellness - we were alone there and the saunas were very nice. Also we had dinner at the restaurant and it was SO tasty. Worth every euro :)

We spent time by the pool, relaxing after our long journey. I had the best massage of my life the next evening. We loved that you can get complementary coffee in the morning without having to buy breakfast. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our bed was comfortable, the room was quiet. It honestly didn't feel like a 4-star stay, more like a 5-star stay. Suffice to say, we're planning our next trip here

The front and back views from the room were fantastic. The famous Schlangenwen walking path is just a few steps away from the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The full breakfast on our first day was very good. I have successfully reserved parking space in the hotel.
