Very friendly, happy and relaxed hotel staff which was nice to see. Hotel room and rest of the hotel was super clean. AC was quiet, no smell and working great. Comfy beds. More facilities available in the hotel than we used, but it all looked great. Parking is under the hotel, 28 euros per day, but that's hassle-free parking at probably the best location in the city centre. You can easily walk to most highlights.

Absolutely loved, the location of the hotel, as it was easily possible to explore Old town and enjoy all what it could show. Also enjoyed, that we got rooms close to each other, as we have asked during the booking. Rooms were nice, big and clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfasts were also good- it was possible to choose what you'd like to eat and the best part was, that even when we came pretty late to the breakfast, all plates were still full and we didn't have a feeling, that if you're late, then leftovers are your breakfast (as sometimes happen in other hotels). In case you love teas, there is plenty to choose from, which also was a pleasant surprise for me :)

We love this city which has clawed its way back from the tragic destruction at the end of WW 2. The hotel is as centrally located as you can find. The room was very comfortable, and the staff were all very helpful and polite. The breakfast was consistently good. Their fine orchestra plays just 1 block away in the beautifully remodeled Cultural Palace, and the Semper Opera is terrific and only a short walk away. The museums here are wonderful, as is walking through the Neustadt north of the Elbe and the reconstructed core city. Walk around. It is wonderful, but the Neumarkt has been filled with vendors which now make it seem cluttered and detract from its stately appearance. But a lunch out here in nice weather is unforgettable. The City Park with its palace just southeast of the old town is also a delight to walk through. All very accessible with the good streetcar system.

Very nice and comfortable rooms. Very clean. The breakfast was excellent, the pancake machine was a revelation for the children and there is also a corner for children. The center of the old town is not far away just a few minutes walking distance. Open air parking behind the hotel for just as 7eur for 24h.
