The staff is very friendly. The activity consierges are ready to help. The room and the entire hotel is very comfortable. Our room was large. The bar in evenings is a nice place to sit, with live music and a library. Very good choice of teas and The surrounding nature is fantastic, especially the walking tour around the hotel (1 hour) The view from the hotel is spectacular.

Everything was great, from the staff to location to the great breakfast. Highly recommended. Would love to stay there again

Wonderful apartment in a stunning location - just over the backside of the hill from downtown Berchtesgaden. 10 minute walk with some steepness but not a problem. About 3 minute drive to Salt Mine and to downtown. Nice kitchen and bathroom, plenty of space and small balcony. Pool and spa as well! And parking! My 5th trip to Berchtesgaden but first time NOT in the youth hostel, and this changes the experience so wonderfully!

Situated in the Bavarian Alps, this family-run hotel offers elegant accommodation, an inviting spa area and panoramic views of the beautiful surroundings. Berchtesgaden centre lies 1.5 km away.

The room is very spacious including a bed, a sofa and a balcony overlooking the view. The receptionist was very friendly and asked several times if we needed anything else. The breakfast with fixed tables and personal attention from the waiters. The meal itself was from fresh products, varied and very tasty. The location of the hotel was excellent. Fully recommend the hotel.
