Great spa and breakfast, kind staff

The hotel is amazing. We had a great room on the ground floor, which goes out to a terrace and the yard. The room is really big and the staff are very kind and helpful. There is also swimming pool, which is nice after a tiring day.

We were very happy, we are often in Aachen and since this year there are suites Aachen with a President Suite, apparently for the first time and for the first time something luxurious in the whole Aachen area, I am very sure of that as we have been looking for something like this for years, we will come here every year from now on, many, many thanks to the Suite's team, many, many thanks to Suite's Aix la Chapelle and see you next year

Best value for money. The rating of 7.9 is misleading as the hotel is rather excellent. Looks like people no longer know what to complain about and just make up disadvantages in their reviews :)

Excellent hotel, we liked everything. Saw some famous dutch people. Junior suite was great, with a balcony facing the forecast and a lot of space. Note: hotel is not in a castle itself, it is in a building next to it. In the castle itself there is only breakfast place and a conference hall. Hotel had a parking, no issues with the car.
