We were in town for a wedding as were several other members of the wedding party and the groom's family. The hotel went above and beyond to help with our transportation needs and to accommodate our large group. In addition to the gracious and helpful staff, the hotel itself is lovely and provided every comfort!

The hotel is amazing. We had a great room on the ground floor, which goes out to a terrace and the yard. The room is really big and the staff are very kind and helpful. There is also swimming pool, which is nice after a tiring day.

We were very happy, we are often in Aachen and since this year there are suites Aachen with a President Suite, apparently for the first time and for the first time something luxurious in the whole Aachen area, I am very sure of that as we have been looking for something like this for years, we will come here every year from now on, many, many thanks to the Suite's team, many, many thanks to Suite's Aix la Chapelle and see you next year
