The hotel has a central location in the old town whuch made life very easy for going to restaurants and bars. I had a superior double room which was large and spacious. The buffet breakfast was excellent which catered for all guests needs and the hotel staff were professional, helpful and extremely courteous. The lobby and family room was a great space to sit and just relax after a day of walking around to the different Christmas markets. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The design of the spaces was very calming and homey. Most importantly the breakfast was excellent. The room was very spacy and offered a nice view with privacy. The staff was very respectful and friendly when you asked. The free tea and coffee in the lobby along with the 4CHF vouch we got for the bar was luxury in my opinion. I would definitely visit here again if I ever come to Zürich in the future.

The location is just one block off the busy old town main street, a 10 min walk to the train tracks and 2 minutes to the tram. The room provides what you need and absolutely nothing else... The breakfast just the same, all you need (including an attention to special needs) but not too fance. A very spaceous breakfast room was very nice with relaxed atmosphere to it.

Spacious hotel with large comfortable rooms which had effective air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable and our room was quiet and looked out over the attractive courtyard. Very pleasant lounge area to relax in. We opted to take breakfast and were not disappointed by the offering. All the staff we encountered were pleasant, helpful and professional.

The hotel has a jacuzzi spa and a swimming pool and sauna, quite good, especially after a long journey - it gives you the opportunity to relax. Breakfasts were also good, a large selection. Basically, this hotel can be recommended for business meetings of various companies, as it is also equipped with a conference room.

The location and view was amazing! We were able to use the spa/sauna area during our stay which was delightful with a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna and ice cave and a fancy shower along with rest area. Only limited people can use it and we only had two other people there while we were there, very relaxing! The breakfast was amazing, many options including scrambled eggs, bacon, potato rosti, breads, cheeses, fruit, cereals, juice, coffee.

The room was spacious enough for 2, quiet and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast selection was very good and fresh. The spa terrace is a nice area to relax after the sauna, a jacuzzi would have been a bonus

Nice shower with shampoo and soap provided. Bath robes, towels and slippers provided. Very comfy beds for a good nights sleep. They have spa and sauna facilities but the best thing about this place are the massages. I had a 1 hour full body massage with Tigist (I think that was the masseuse's name) and it was the best massage I've ever had. All the knots in my back were gone, very relaxing and professional.
