היה מדהים!! המארח מקסים וחברותי, הייתה לי בעיית תשלום לפני שהגעתי והוא עזר ממש בקלות יש הרבה אנשים בבית ובכל זאת מרגיש שקט ונעים יש מקרר, אוכל וקפה שאפשר לקנות בזול חייבים לקחת אוטובוס כדי להגיע או לעלות גבעה 15 דקות אבל הקווים נוחים אז זה לא היה בעייתי מעל ומעבר לציפיות הייתה חוויה פשוט מושלמת

Residence Kastanienbaum is a spacious one bedroom flat in a quiet neighbourhood ten minutes by car/bus from Lucerne. Both the bedroom and living room have a wonderful lake view (although we had pretty foggy weather all week). The kitchen is really well equipped and the welcome goodies are really tasty and much appreciated. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, sink and washing machine/drier; the other with toilet, sink and shower. The extra bed in the living room was super comfortable as well. We stayed for a week in January and felt right at home. The Lucerne visitors card was very handy to take public transport to the shops and to visit Lucerne.

A cozy hotel, a wonderful view of the lake and mountains from the window, a delicious breakfast - what could be better than such a vacation? The staff was very attentive, always happy to answer questions and give good advice. On cold evenings, you could warm up in the sauna and relax in the spa area.

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel was quiet, the spa was excellent, the staff were attentive, the hiking in the area was stunning.
