Modern, very good size room, immaculately presented, super bathroom. Everything good quality. Extensive breakfast choice. Dinner in restaurant excellent. Very stylish yet understated hotel which, for us, did everything well. The staff, without exception, were brilliant. All very professional, very good at what they did and so friendly and welcoming too. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

Great location with spa and terrace facing the lake! It's a nice place to enjoy the holiday. The breakfast is very nice. The hotel is dog-friendly and the staff is nice to our dog. The room was well prepared with dog bowls and a small package of food. We very much appreciate it.

We stayed for just one night so we didn't really have time to use all the facilities. The location is great, 2 mins from the "Belvedere" funicular stop to Madonna del Sasso, 10(or less) mons from the old town and the lake. The staff is super friendly and we got some really nice recommendations on what to visit :)

This is a wonderful resort! The rooms are ample, clean, very modern and stylish. The entire resort is beautiful and well maintained. We booked the SPA Suite for 2h which was great fun and had a dinner at the hotel restaurant which was really tasty. All employees were super nice and we are sure this wasn't the last time we went. Bonus: Multiple Tesla destination chargers where you can charge your care for free.

Literally anyone can enter there. The breakfast in the morning was ok, there were 3 people from the staff. The cleaning is just sufficient, but it could have been cleaner.

There was an overall very pleasant vibe in the hotel and staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good too and the breakfast room (=restaurant) had a great ambiance thanks to the glass ceiling and half-circle shape. It was my boyfriend's birthday and they gave us a Proseco bottle. They picked us up and took us to the train station, which is also quite close.
