The room was very nice and clean, the receptionist helpt us a lot in finding vegan restaurants. Breakfast was good value with very nice coffee. Locations wise is a bit off which is good as the noise does not affect the star.

Personnel was extremely friendly and helpful, at the reception and at the restaurant. Breakfast was exceptional. Varied, excellent food, it was the perfect way to start the day. The bathroom was very clean and well equipped. The bed was confortable and we particularly enjoyed the air conditioning considering the high temperature outside. There were locked parkings for the bikes. Some basic material to repair the bikes as well. A very nice garden and a terrace. We will defintiely come back.

The rooms are nice and spacious - we had a standard room and it still came with a bath and separate shower. L’occitane products in the bathroom were a lovely touch. The massage was also very good - although we did not try the rest of the spa area. The location is fantastic - you can access everything on foot. Breakfast is absolutely amazing - definitely do this if you can. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Bruges.EleanorYoung couple
