We booked a standard one bedroom room and were so surprised when they upgraded us to a spacious two bedroom family suite for the same price. It was beautiful! Very modern, clean, great amenities and balconies that overlooked the nearby mountains. The hotel has free parking on site and free hot buffet breakfast which included fresh made to order omelets. They also have a spa, gym and pool. Best of all, free summer passes were offered to us which came in handy for the gondolas and bus to the top of the Alps. The hotel is centrally located in town which made walking to these easy along with to the nearby restaurants and shopping. We traveled all through Austria, staying at many places during our trip. This is by far the best hotel that we stayed in. Highly recommend it!

Kirsten and Christoph were wonderful hosts. They made us feel totally at home in their accomodation. A-Grade Austrian hospitality. Delicious breakfast every morning. Friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. Quiet rooms. Great shower and bathroom. Super comfortable bed. Solid WiFi, good drying facilities for snow clothes and gear. Great boot room with workbench and tools for maintenance of equipment. Everything one can ask for in a ski holiday accomodation. Will 100% be staying here again next time I'm in Sölden!

Victoria was absolutely lovely and pleasant experience. We were upgraded to a better room because of the current capacity of hotel for free, we also received "Summer card" which saved us a ton of EUR. Mrs. manager was so kind and lovely and helpful! Definitely would recommend and if I am ever visiting Solden again, I know where I will stay.

En general, todo es fantástico. Tiene un precio un poco elevado pero merece mucho la pena pagar La comida ha sido fantástica, sobre todo para noche buena y fin de año. El Spa es súper recomendable. Recepción genial. Servicio de comedor insuperable. Las vistas increíbles. Es un lugar para desconectar totalmente. Hemos vuelto a casa como nuevos. Repetimos seguro.

Hotel situado en el centro de la ciudad, la habitación amplia y muy cómoda, la atención del personal excelente, el desayuno preparado con mucho estilo y el comedor decorado con todo detalle, muy acogedor, me sentí como en casa.

The room was smart and enough space for two. The kitchen was well equipped and the balcony was spacious. Bathroom had a shower and bath and modern as well. The check-in was smooth and Elizabeth was lovely and helpful. We arrived early and she allowed us to check-in. A lot of parking spaces available which is outside the hotel. There was a ski locker at the hotel but we also had a free ski locker close to the Giggijochbahn at a ski depot. It was a 10 minute walk along the river to get to the lift. The wellness centre was lovely with steam rooms and a relaxing area.

Great family owned luxury hotel among the Alps. The hotel is nice and modern, room size perfect, bed super comfortable. The wellness are at the roof is amazing also. Breakfast fine, the dinner very delicious. The staff at the reception, wellness area and in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Ski slopes and cable cars in a couple of minutes walking distance.

Estancia perfecta. El personal de todo el hotel es encantador y está siempre dispuesto a ayudar.TOP! La habitación ( salvo lo de las vistas) estaba fenomenal: camas cómodas, armarios grandes, cocina equipada, muy bien insonorizada,varios televisores... La zona piscina una maravilla. Tumbonas,camas balinesas, zona interior...Hay un espacio con sauna,baño turco y sala de relax , sólo para mayores de 16 años :)) El desayuno muy completo y variado. Y mención especial a la hora " merienda" : dulces, fruta, cafés ...viene fenomenal después de una caminata o una ruta en bici. La zona maravillosa . Todo el valle es precioso y hay mil actividades al aire libre. La Summer Card ofrece muchas facilidades.
