We booked a standard one bedroom room and were so surprised when they upgraded us to a spacious two bedroom family suite for the same price. It was beautiful! Very modern, clean, great amenities and balconies that overlooked the nearby mountains. The hotel has free parking on site and free hot buffet breakfast which included fresh made to order omelets. They also have a spa, gym and pool. Best of all, free summer passes were offered to us which came in handy for the gondolas and bus to the top of the Alps. The hotel is centrally located in town which made walking to these easy along with to the nearby restaurants and shopping. We traveled all through Austria, staying at many places during our trip. This is by far the best hotel that we stayed in. Highly recommend it!

Kirsten and Christoph were wonderful hosts. They made us feel totally at home in their accomodation. A-Grade Austrian hospitality. Delicious breakfast every morning. Friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. Quiet rooms. Great shower and bathroom. Super comfortable bed. Solid WiFi, good drying facilities for snow clothes and gear. Great boot room with workbench and tools for maintenance of equipment. Everything one can ask for in a ski holiday accomodation. Will 100% be staying here again next time I'm in Sölden!

Situated just 500 metres from the base station at Gaislachkogl, Viktoria Sölden offers a spa area in winter and a bar with terrace. The free ski bus stops right opposite the hotel.
Guests can relax at the spa area with winter garden, a sauna, steam room and massage showers. There is also a relaxation room.

Victoria was absolutely lovely and pleasant experience. We were upgraded to a better room because of the current capacity of hotel for free, we also received "Summer card" which saved us a ton of EUR. Mrs. manager was so kind and lovely and helpful! Definitely would recommend and if I am ever visiting Solden again, I know where I will stay.

The room was smart and enough space for two. The kitchen was well equipped and the balcony was spacious. Bathroom had a shower and bath and modern as well. The check-in was smooth and Elizabeth was lovely and helpful. We arrived early and she allowed us to check-in. A lot of parking spaces available which is outside the hotel. There was a ski locker at the hotel but we also had a free ski locker close to the Giggijochbahn at a ski depot. It was a 10 minute walk along the river to get to the lift. The wellness centre was lovely with steam rooms and a relaxing area.

Great family owned luxury hotel among the Alps. The hotel is nice and modern, room size perfect, bed super comfortable. The wellness are at the roof is amazing also. Breakfast fine, the dinner very delicious. The staff at the reception, wellness area and in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Ski slopes and cable cars in a couple of minutes walking distance.

Room was spacious and clean. The location is a bit far away, but bus stop is very close. Victoria recommended us restaurants, which we loved. Nice spa area, very relaxing after a long skiing day. We would definitely come back.

The Super Double Room was a great size, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrobes were useful when we headed down to the spa. The spa was also excellent, there were plenty of different kinds of steam rooms and saunas, a relaxation area and a hot tub. You could also go to Sölden by car or by taxi. The staffs were always willing to help and super handy! From the restaurant, the bar, and the reception! Nice wellness area with swimmingpool with rest chairs, big sauna with separate relax room. Good bedlinnen, towels and separate sauna towels. Loved the Sölden ski area and with 4 day pass we also spend a day in Hoch & Obergurgl (20 minute drive - tip: park in Pill and start from there. Either ski back from Hochgurgl area or take regular bus from Obergurgl.
