The hotel staff was wonderful! They greeted us before we entered the door offering to help us with the luggage. From the front desk staff to housekeeping the staff was warm and thoughtful. Thomas during breakfast was so kind and provided my partner with a birthday cake! Breakfast was great and offered a wide variety of items on the menu.

The hotel is situated right next to a pedestrian street which has whatever you need : restaurants/coffee shops/supermarket/ bars/ bakery etc. You are also ~7 minutes away (walking) from the center so the location is exceptional. There are light hiking trails available ~7 minutes away. The bed was comfortable, room and neighbourhood was quiet. I loved that i could sleep peacefully. Room got cleaned every day. One other thing: the room had an electric kettle. This was very usefull as our stay was in autumn and a hot tea was very welcome after a long day of walking/trekking. Front desk was helpfull and delightfully cheerful. Always waited for us with a smile. I apreaciated this. Made us feel welcome.

Wonderful little guesthouse conveniently close to highway with great connection to city of Salzburg by tram or bus. High standard rooms, superb breakfast in beautiful garden and the most amazing pool and sun terrace. Hotel is picture perfect, just like out of magazines. We will happily return here.
