Absolut totul a fost superb: in hotel totul este ca nou (nu este mascat), curățenia în camera de nota 10, dejunul foarte bogat (suc natural preparat personal), cina excelent organizata (totul inclus, cu excepția băuturilor alcoolice), zona Spa la fel curatenie ideala, prosoape și sucuri+ceai+fructe uscate = totul inclus! La Panorama Terme : relaxant, nu foarte mulți oaspeți, atmosfera calda și familiara. Nici un minus fără exagerare!!!

Totul a fost de vis. Suntem foarte multumiți de alegerea făcută. Apartamentul este bine organizat si echipat. Paturile sunt confortabile, piscina are apa cristalina si este bine încălzită. Prosoapele au fost schimbate pe perioada sejurului iar pentru zona wellness am avut prosoape, papuci si halate separate. Totul arata la fel ca in imaginile prezentate.

Everything was perfect. One of the best stays ever. The comfort was better than a 5* hotel. All appliances, furnishing and materials were highest quality. We felt like home, just in a better place - peaceful countryside still close to the slopes. Falling asleep listening to the nearby stream, waking up with singing birds and sunshine. Fresh bread delivered every morning to our door. Plus free access to very good saunas. It couldn't have been better.

Simone is an exceptional host and a very kind person. We've stayed in several different ski resorts in all different levels, and our experience with Simone was one of the best. The pension is very cozy with a great Ski Room and you can buy the Ski Pass directly at the Pension. Simone helped us with anything we needed, including special requests. I highly recommend Simones Platzerl for a stay in Kaprun.

Mic de jun foarte bun, diversificat, locatie foarte buna, la doi pasi de statia de autobuz. Hotelul este foarte cochet, frumos si cu gust amenajat, camera de familie pe care am rezervat-o este, de fapt, un apartamene cu doua dormitoare, foarte confortabile, foarte curat. Gazdele sunt foarte amabile si prietenoase. In pretul camerei, ni s-au oferit cadruri de acces la terme, inclusiv halate si prosoape. Cand vom mai ajunge in Kaprun, cu siguranta vom reveni la acest hotel.

One of the best in our state, this hotel is truly stylish with a friendly staff. Its proximity to the bus stop for the lifts is a significant advantage. The rooms are stylish and always clean, offering beautiful views from the balcony. The spa zone is spacious and comfortable, featuring various relaxation areas.

It is a great experience to spend your holidays in People's Hotel . Everybody was so polite and kind . The room was warm and very stylish , with a remarkable view of the mount . No words forthcoming about the breakfast!
