Amazing new hotel, which is conveniently located next to the tunnel which takes you directly to the Gondolas or aprés ski. They have indoor parking, an amazing Sauna area. They have a great restaurant, it’s recommended to take half board because the food is excellent. The rooms are spacious, and have their own heater thermostat, so if you like to sleep cooler(like me) you can switch off the heat, some other hotels do not have option, and you need to open the window and it’s hard to regulate temperature.

The hotel definitely justifies the high score given by the guests. The manager is very helpful and made our stay a real pleasure. The egg&bacon in the breakfast was the best I ever had. We had our time in the sauna although it was late. We have highly enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again.

とても気さくなスタッフの方々でした．設備も大変綺麗でした．併設しているスパ（色々なサウナや内プール・外プール）も楽しめました． 立地もイシュグル中心部で，シルブレッタゴンドラ（フニテル式）まで徒歩数分です．帰りは下山コース（コース番号１番）も利用できます． また，周辺はレストランやホテル，スーパー等もあり大変活気がありました． 夜でもやっている店が多く，治安の面でも安心できました． 他にも良い点が色々ありました． ・リフト券の購入がフロントで行えるため，わざわざリフト券売り場に行かないでOK ・近くのレンタル屋が割引になる．レンタル屋の対応もとても良かったです．もちろん日本より値段は高いですが，サービスの質が全然違いました． ・地下の乾燥室に専用エレベーターで降りれる．むしろ階段はスキーブーツで降りないでほしい，とのことでした． ・朝食もGood ・ベランダが付いていてのんびり外の眺めも楽しめる ・洗面台が２つある お値段もイシュグルの中では良心的です． 是非また利用したい宿ですし，知人に自信をもって勧められる宿です． friendly, clean, nice spa, good location.
