He exemplifies how tourism professionals should conduct themselves. He is always ready to help, friendly, and constantly wears a warm smile. On our last day, when we had an early flight, they went above and beyond by preparing generous breakfast packages for us, including fresh fruit and pastries. It was an incredible gesture that demonstrated their commitment to making our stay truly memorable. The location is excellent if you plan to explore Mount Etna, Catania, Siracusa, and Noto. It serves as a central point for all these attractions. What's more, parking is free, which is a great convenience. We are already looking forward to returning to this remarkable hotel!

The room was so nice, very clean. We only stayed one night but would definetly stay for a few more days if possible. The host is perfect, very open and kind person. The whole thing was a 10. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to relax and enjoy.
