Set in Alzo di Pella on Lake Orta, La Corte di Alzo is a charming B&B offering a choice of rooms and apartments. A homemade breakfast is served in front of the fireplace or out in the garden. Alessandra and family were wonderful. Such a charming B&B in Alzo, overlooking Lake Orta. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Alessandra provided a delicious breakfast and was such an accommodating host.

The upstairs apartment has a mezzanine with a large double bed and large sofa bed. The downstairs apartment has a separate bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. The garden is enormous and the views are breathtaking. It is completely enclosed so very safe. The apartments were spotless and very well equipped. The owner kindly left fresh fruit and veg as well as other snacks, tea and coffee. It is worth bringing bottled water as you can’t drink the tapwater. The house is difficult to find but communication with the owner was excellent and she made sure we got there! Both families loved the house and location and would love to go back.

Situated near Lake Orta, VIOLINA casa vacanze is 3 km from Pettenasco and has a private beach area, a garden and barbecue facilities. The location, right on the lake, was absolutely beautiful to wake up to each morning, and so relaxing as we could swim in the lake from the lovely garden and eat outside every morning/evening. Our host Susanna and her family were so welcoming and lovely to talk to, with some wonderful recommendations for food and sightseeing in the local area. The house was equipped with everything we needed - great to have air conditioning, a washing machine and iron. I miss it even months after we are back at home. Thank you Susanna!

We booked for several nights to enjoy the mountains and to work from abroad. This was the perfect spot to do it. Great view of the lake and town, very easy walk to town for cafes, restaurants and the supermarket. Comfy pillows, fast internet as well as good 5G phone coverage, plenty of cooking equipment, wonderful balcony to enjoy the view, a view from every room, including the bath. I could mention the view again but you probably get the idea! I’d also like to say thank you to Cinzia and Marco for their lovely welcome, they have some good tips for food around the town too.
