I went to Zeitlang with my mum for a couple of days to relax and explore the Bavarian Forest. The place is even better looking than in the photos. We also upgraded to a suite, so we had a double bed and a sofa bed (also double), fully equipped kitchen, 2 TVs, a nice balcony. The breakfast buffet was great - everything fresh and staff were very attentive to refill anything immediately. The little spa area was very modern, clean and relaxing. The town Lam itself has a couple of restaurants to choose from - we always went to Roesslwirt across the street, where you could get Bavarian food, as well as more modern food (including veggie options). It's beneficial to have a care when going there, as we took day trips around the area from Lam to see local sights, e.g. the dragon in Furth im Wald, etc. 10/10 recommend this place.

Situated in Lam, 25 km from Drachenhöhle Museum, Gästehaus Kuchler features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and barbecue facilities. Everything was perfect!! Amazing hospitality and very warm and friendly host. The breakfast was 10/10 with many home made jams and marmalades. Our host Frau Kuchler was extremely helpful and welcoming and helped us with tips and suggestions. The Guest House itself is located in a beautiful peaceful location amidst nature and recently renovated. We visited in winter to celebrate our anniversary and for the winter activities around Lam. We will come back again in Summer!

We had a wonderful stay in this modern accommodation. The place was equipped with everything we needed, offering a stunning view of the valley and the mountains. Upon our arrival, the host showed us around, explaining how everything worked. He was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. Whenever we needed assistance, the host went out of his way to help us to the best of his abilities. We particularly enjoyed the sauna, which was cozy and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I can easily imagine staying here again if I were to seek accommodation in this area. The overall experience was fantastic, with comfortable amenities, a gracious host, and the added bonus of a beautiful view.

Beautiful gem in the middle of a bavarian forest. Perfect service, helpful and very nice staff, great beds and top wellness with an outdoor terrace and the possibility of sunbathing and swimming. We would love to come back here!
